I’ve made this many many times.. always a little different. but here is the base

• 1/2 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
• cumin – lots of cumin actually.
• 3/4 teaspoon instant minced onion – I just finely chop some onion.
• 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder – or a bunch of minced garlic
• 1/8 teaspoon paprika
• 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• I usually add some mild curry too.

Directions

1. Place in sauce pan and stir well, simmer at a very low temperature for 15- 20 minutes. (I never do this.. i just stir the sauce in a bowl, then skip to the next step and let it all cook together for a while)

2. pour over browned ground meat!

2 cups of oj (not from concentrate)
.5 cups of milk
bit of vanilla extract
ice cubes

Blend!

add some sugar if you wish..
